The pirate Conan finds himself on the Nameless Isle in the Western Ocean, home to a temple to Tsathoggua, one of the Great Old Ones.

Behind the Mythos[]

"A Dream of Blood" was adapted to the comic book format by Roy Thomas and featured artwork by John Buscema and Tony DeZuniga. It was published in issue #40 of The Savage Sword of Conan by Marvel Comics in May 1979.
