Overview[]

Designed in a style reminiscent of the Fighting Fantasy gamebooks popular in the 1980s, Alone Against the Dark provides a complete adventure for one player. Included is a party of five pregenerated characters with which to play, along with a selection of player aids. As the core rules for Call of Cthulhu are available for free on Chaosium's website, all a player need bring to the table is paper, pencil and dice.

Alone Against the Dark was written by Matthew J. Costello and Mike Mason with cover art provided by Petr Štovik, and runs to a total of 102 pages.

Publication History[]

First released in April 2018, Alone Against the Dark is available in both physical print and digital PDF versions.
