Blood Brothers is a scenario supplement for Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game, however, it is designed to incorporate villains from classic horror movies as antagonists rather than the more traditional Cthulhu Mythos entities.
Written by an ensemble team of games designers, it features cover art by Lee Gibbons, interior work by Earl Geier, runs to a total of 144 pages, and was published by Chaosium in 1990. An updated digital edition was later issued which is compatible with the most recent (January 2024) edition of Call of Cthulhu.
