The H.P. Lovecraft Wiki

This subject contains information from the Expanded Cthulhu Mythos, and not based on H.P. Lovecraft's works directly. Bones (real name unknown, but used the alias of Bobby Anderson) is a character created by American author Armand Rosamilia for his Keyport Cthulhu series of Mythos stories.

Description[]

A heavy-set former gang member, Bones has a tremendous capacity for violence, but has also displayed great compassion when dealing with those in need. He possesses a seemingly supernatural ability to judge the character of others, although he believes it only works on around 25% of those he meets.

History[]

Keyport Cthulhu[]

In the first book of the series, Bones stole a mysterious artefact which his biker club had been hired to obtain before going on the run from his former associates under a false identity. He eventually found himself in the degenerate town of Keyport where he discovered the sinister Esoteric Order of Dagon, which was trying to awaken the Great Old One Cthulhu. Joining forces with a ragtag group of people who were fighting back against the cult, he succeeded in saving a girl named Tina from becoming a human sacrifice, but his own life was hanging in the balance at the book's conclusion.
