"By the Way, Whatever Happened to the Dagons?" is a short Cthulhu Mythos story by American author James Ambuehl.
Synopsis
When an Innsmouth resident attends a reunion concert for one of his old favourite bands, he has no idea that the new member of the group has not only convinced them to change their name, but has taken them in a decidedly different direction. Unfortunately, this direction has little to do with music and everything to do with summoning a dark deity, and the concert awakens something terrible.
