C'thalpa (The Internal One) is an Outer God described as a huge mass of living, sentient magma, located in Earth’s mantle. She is the mother of the Great Old One Shterot and other five unnamed hideous children. She served by a race of mole-like humanoid burrowers named Talpeurs.
