Carnacki: The Lost Cases is an anthology of Thomas Carnacki short stories, a number of which are loosely connected to the Cthulhu Mythos. Edited by the late American author and editor Sam Gafford, it was published by Ulthar Press in June 2016. Both paperback and digital formats were released.

- The opening story, "The Meeting" involves a fictional version of editor Sam Gafford purchasing a briefcase containing the other stories included in the collection.
