The Children of Shugoran are a fictional race created by American author T. E. D. Klein for his short story "Black Man with a Horn", and later expanded upon by Chaosium for their Call of Cthulhu horror roleplaying game.

The Children of Shugoran are smaller, less physically-powerful copies of Shugoran, an avatar of Nyarlathotep. Those followers of Nyarlathotep who have performed particularly well may be given a Child of Shugoran as a familiar of sorts.
