The Children of Y'golonac are a fictional race created by Chaosium in 1995 for the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game. They are based on Ramsey Campbell's creation Y'golonac.
Background
The Children of Y'golonac are a race of small humanoids whom are eyeless and deformed. Like Y'golonac, their palms have biting fanged mouths. Because of their blindness they possess a heightened sense of smell and hearing. The nearly mindless creatures swarm their victims in packs.
