The Children of the Sphinx are a fictional race created by Chaosium for its Call of Cthulhu RPG, which were based on H.P. Lovecraft's "Imprisoned with the Pharaohs".

The Children of the Sphinx are a race of monstrous humanoids whom reside in Egypt and the surrounding deserts. They come in a variety of forms, human-animal composites with an animal head on a human body. In "Imprisoned with the Pharaohs", it is suggested that they are the restless result of mummies being constructed from mixed human and animal parts. They worship the Sphinx deep beneath the Earth, presided over by Khephren and Nitocris.
