The Floating Horror is an avatar of Nyarlathotep which is usually associated with Haitian voodoo.
Appearance[]
The Floating Horror appears as a colossal airborne jellyfish shot through with scarlet veins. During its incubation phase it parasitically occupies the body of a living human being.
Behavior[]
This avatar of Nyarlathotep can be summoned by using voodoo magic to make the offering of a human host body. Once the ritual is complete, the Floating Horror will enter the body of the "chosen one" and begin its incubation period. Once this phase is complete, the host will die and the Floating Horror will emerge to begin its work: the capture and consumption of living human beings.
