𝓦𝐓 Henry George Weiss (1898 - 1946), better known by his pen name Francis Flagg, was a Canadian-American author of speculative fiction, and a correspondent of H. P. Lovecraft.

His poem "To Howard Phillips Lovecraft", written in honour of his late friend, was published in the March 1938 issue of Weird Tales.

He also co-authored a handful of stories with Forrest J Ackerman.
