Gareth Ryder-Hanrahan is an Irish games designer and author best known for his work in the pen-and-paper roleplaying game genre. His gaming material credits include supplements for Pelgrane Press's Trail of Cthulhu and The Yellow Sign, Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu, and line development of The Laundry for Cubicle 7, a roleplaying game based on Charles Stross's humorous Cthulhu Mythos series The Laundry Files.
In addition to these works, he has also written pieces for franchise roleplaying games such as Conan the Barbarian, Babylon 5, and Middle Earth.
