As far as I can tell, the BtM info on this page is correct, it’s a fan creation and therefore outside of our scope. The only other sites I can find on it with any degree of information are ones which have copied this page. TheSmoog78, 4 March 2024

Gog-Hoor (Eater of the Insane) is a Great Old One that lives in a dimension that is a reflection of our own. It resembles a giant bullet-shaped monster with a long proboscis it uses to feed off of the souls of madmen. (EXP: Malleus Monstrorum)

This Old One is a fan creation used in a role-playing game on the Obsidian Portal online gaming server. (source needed)
