This subject contains information from the Expanded Cthulhu Mythos, and not based on H.P. Lovecraft's works directly. H'chtelegoth is a Great Old One which resembled a greenish-brown trunk with a "crown" of tentacles, a row of multiple eyes and a couple of lateral grasping tentacles.
