Overview

This is a collection of eleven pre-generated investigators for the Cthulhu Invictus game. Each is brand new, created as part of the Britannia and Beyond Kickstarter. They stand ready to take their place beside the Heroes and Heroines of the Shadow War.

If your players wish to jump right into playing
Cthulhu Invictus, especially those adventures set in Britannia, these investigators are ready to start any investigation. Keepers can also run them as NPCs, fellow investigators, and possible allies, ready to come to the aid of a party in dire need of rescue. They can also be dropped into existing campaigns as replacement investigators, so that the player of a hero or heroine who has died can continue.

Ten of them are a collection of three women and seven men, from many walks of life in the province of Britannia. Some are native born, while others are settlers; some are freeborn citizens, while others are freedmen. A few are well off while the others are living day to day and struggling to earn their daily bread. They do have two things in common: the province where they live, and a history of fighting the alien horrors of the Cthulhu Mythos.
