Inspector John Raymond Legrasse is a fictional character created by the late American author H. P. Lovecraft for his 1928 short story "The Call of Cthulhu".

Described as "a commonplace-looking middle-aged man," Legrasse is the New Orleans police inspector who led the raid on a band of bayou savages on November 1, 1907, and later approached Professor Angell and the American Archaeological Society for help in identifying the cult (HPL: "The Call of Cthulhu").

- The late American author C. J. Henderson wrote a series of short stories with Legrasse as their protagonist, which were collected under the title The Tales of Inspector Legrasse.
- Legrasse also appeared as a friend and confidant of Justin Sabbath in H. P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu: The Whisperer in Darkness graphic novel, written by Mark Ellis.
- Legrasse appears as a small mentioned character in the 2024 survival horror game Alone in the Dark, with a story based on his raid on the Cthulhu Cult.
