K'naa was a province of the lost continent of Mu that housed several ancient, pre-human ruins. Despite lasting thousands of years before millenia of decay returned the land to the sea most of the information comes from around 173,148 BC, the Year of the Red Moon, during the reign of King Thabon.

The Cult of Ghatanothoa[]
The public's fear of Ghatanothoa made his devoted priests the most powerful group in K'naa with the ear of the king. Each of the hundred priests had "a marble house, a chest of gold, two hundred slaves and a hundred concubines, besides immunity from civil law and and the power of life and death over all in K'naa". A series of High Priests like Imash-mo oversaw state ceremonies including the Nath-feast and the annual sacrifice of 12 young warriors and 12 young maidens to Ghatanothoa.
