Background[edit | edit source]

Lloigoroth is an Old One who was summoned by the supervillain, the Grim Reaper. Seeking revenge against the Avengers he made a pact with the Old Ones. He swore to reward their generosity with a feast of decay, corruption, and death. Lloigoth empowered him with supernatural powers giving him the ability to do things that he could not do before; downing an airliner while in flight, walking away from its crash intact, the ability to manipulate time and space, create holographic projections, and re-arrange matter. He was also able to reanimate and control the dead, including former superhumans, who though undead possessed the abilities they had before. Intelligent zombies who hungered for blood and flesh. When the Grim Reaper lost control of the living dead who then turned on him, Lloigoroth appeared and consumed the Grim Reaper.
