Mars is the fourth planet in the Earth's solar system. With an atmosphere far thinner than our own, it is a land largely composed of barren red rock devoid of life. But it had not always been this way. Four billion years ago the Earth held nothing but rocks, waves and air. It was not ready for life. However that was not the case with Mars. For at that time it had known intelligent life, a race of beings known as the Prothado.
