Mysteries of the Worm: Early Tales of the Cthulhu Mythos is a collection of Robert Bloch's Cthulhu Mythos fiction. It first appeared in 1981 in an edition edited by Lin Carter, published by Zebra Books. It was later reissued in a revised and expanded second edition, edited by Robert M. Price and published by Chaosium in 1993 as part of its Cthulhu Cycle series. Another edition was put out by Chaosium in 2009.

The second edition adds three early Mythos tales from Bloch: "The Brood of Bubastis", "The Creeper in the Crypt", and "The Sorcerer's Jewel". In addition, the texts of "The Grinning Ghoul", "The Dark Demon", and "The Secret of Sebek" were slightly revised by Bloch for the second edition.[1]

The third edition also adds "The Opener of the Way", "The Eyes of the Mummy", "Black Bargain", and "Philtre Tip".
