Nagoob (Father of Ghouls) another name for the godling Shaurash-Ho used in the Book of Eibon. Lin Carter also named Nug as the “Father of Ghouls”, then seems to have realised his mistake and come up with this name (after also muddling Nyogtha's name with the appellation), forgetting that Lovecraft had already given the world Shaurash-ho. That it is the Hyperborean version, resolves most problems as it simply becomes an alternative name. Also spelt Naggoob.
