On Lovecraft and Life is a non-fiction chapbook by Howard Phillips Lovecraft's friend and correspondent R. H. Barlow.

Running to only 25 pages, On Lovecraft and Life collects two of Barlow's previously-unpublished works concerning his late friend, and includes an introduction by leading Lovecraft scholar and critic S. T. Joshi. It was published posthumously by Necronomicon Press in October 1992 with cover art supplied by Jason C. Eckhardt.
