Oscar Rios is an author, editor and games designer.
Overview[]
Although Oscar Rios has written both fantasy and Lovecraftian fiction, his largest output to date has been for Chaosium's seminal Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game, for which he has supplied material for all of the different time periods which that game supports.
In addition to working for Chaosium, Rios has also written material for third-party content providers such as Stygian Fox and Golden Goblin Press, the latter of which he is the president.
