In the works of H. P. Lovecraft, the Other Gods are a group of higher deities that protect the Gods of Earth. Their leader is Azathoth, and their "soul and messenger" is Nyarlathotep (HPL: "The Other Gods", The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath). In the Expanded Mythos, these creatures are identified as the Outer Gods.
The role-playing game Call of Cthulhu acknowledges two meanings of the term "Other Gods". The first is the same as the Outer Gods, while the second is more specific, referring to a group of Outer Gods that dwell in the Court of Azathoth. The least prestigious of them are collectively referred to as the Lesser Other Gods.

In Marvel Comics, the Other Gods are confused with the Great Old Ones often enough to be categorized the same.
Nyarlathotep is the only known Other God[1].
