Paighon is a creature, possibly a Great Old One or an Elder God who came from the Andromeda galaxy and settled inside the crust of the Earth together with his Subterranean Spawn. Paighon is the deadly enemy of Ngyr-Korath and his servitor 'Ymnar.[1]
