Pelgrane Press is a roleplaying games manufacturer based in the United Kingdom.
Overview[]
Co-owned by Simon J. Rogers and Cat Tobin, Pelgrane Press was established in 1999 and was one of the founding companies in the 'Bits and Mortar' initiative designed to help physical gaming stores compete against the rise of online sellers. Their works are largely based around Robin D. Laws' GUMSHOE roleplaying system, making them for the most part compatible with each other (although differences in setting may need to be overcome) and their publications include a number of Cthulhu Mythos titles, as well as titles in a wide range of other genres. In addition, Pelgrane publishes works of fiction under their Stone Skin Press imprint.
Pelgrane also produce a small number of supplements for Arc Dream Publishing's Delta Green roleplaying game, set in the era of the Vietnam War and adapted for use with the aforementioned GUMSHOE system.
