Penelope Love (born 1965) is an Australian games designer and author who has written extensively for Chaosium's horror roleplaying game Call of Cthulhu. In addition, she has also written a small number of short fiction works as tie-in pieces for the genre; these have appeared in anthologies such as Tales of Cthulhu Invictus, Further Tales of Cthulhu Invictus (2015 and 2017 respectively, Golden Goblin Press), Made in Goatswood (1995, Chaosium) and She Walks in Shadows (2015, Innsmouth Free Press).
