This subject is written on a topic in the real world and reflects factual information. This subject contains information from the Expanded Cthulhu Mythos, and not based on H.P. Lovecraft's works directly. Robert Edward Weinberg (1946-2016) was an American author and editor who wrote horror, science fiction, fantasy, and superhero comic books, as well as numerous nonfiction works related to genre fiction. He wrote the Reader's Guide to the Cthulhu Mythos (1969), a comprehensive bibliography of Mythos-related writing, and several of his early short stories were set in the Mythos universe.[1] He edited or co-edited dozens of anthologies, including Lovecraft's Legacy (1990) and Miskatonic University (1996), both with Martin H. Greenberg. From 2009 until his death in 2016, he was co-editor of Arkham House.
