The Star Mother is a fictional entity created by Scott David Aniolowski for Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu role-playing game.
Background[]
The Star Mother is one of the Outer Gods' larvae, the size of an infant. Resembling a yellow-green stone whose shape is that of a huge-breasted faceless plump female figure with dozens of pencil-thin root-like strands. It lives in a sunken 18th century two-masted sailing ship. From the Star Mother countless small vines spread, as well as thin strands and larger tentacles.
Sprouting from the ship and within its hull are slimy sickly yellow-green plant-like growth as the entity's strands and tentacles have spread throughout the vessel. She can raise and sink the ship at will, animate the corpses of its crew, attack at long distances with her roots, and generate fog banks. (EXP: Ye Booke of Monstres II)
