Theodore Eibon Donald Klein is an American writer and editor.
Klein wrote his honours thesis on H. P. Lovecraft while attending Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He added "Eibon" to his name in part as a nod to the character created by Clark Ashton Smith.
Although his fiction output has been relatively scant, Klein has garnered praise for the construction in his work, which includes stories such as "The Events at Poroth Farm". He was, along with others, responsible for the creation of the World Fantasy Convention in 1975, and "The Events at Poroth Farm" was nominated for Best Short Fiction at the first event.
Among the publications he has edited, the Twilight Zone magazine is perhaps the most notable. As an editor, he had a hand in encouraging Ramsey Campbell with his early work.
