Tamash (or Tamash of Illusions (EXP: "The Crawler of Pnoth" by Mike Minnis) ) is a Great One dwelling on Kadath.
Tamash was one of the chief gods worshipped in doomed Sarnath along with Lobon and Zo-Kalar. All three were depicted as graceful bearded men. (HPL: "The Doom That Came to Sarnath")
