Teloe is a mystical realm located somewhere "beyond the Milky Way and the Arinurian Streams", mentioned in the story "The Crawling Chaos" by H. P. Lovecraft. Teloe is described as a beautiful paradise inhabited by benevolent deities and favored mortals, with cities of amber and chalcedony, ivory bridges, and rivers of liquid gold bearing pleasure barges bound for the realm of Cytharion.
Teloe and Cytharion were part of an apocalyptic vision of the future experienced by the unnamed narrator of the story under the influence of opium, so their literal existence may or may not be taken for granted in the context of the Mythos.
