The Black Whore is an Avatar of Nyarlathotep created by American author Kevin L. O'Brien.
History[]
After merging with Doctor Ambrose Dexter and turning him into a new Avatar for himself, Nyarlathotep impregnated Bierce's wife with his own seed; the resultant child, Abigail Dexter, would therefore be Nyarlathotep's Avatar from birth.
As an adult, Abigail earned her doctorate in nuclear physics and took a post with the United States government. She then masterminded a plot to detonate a nuclear weapon underwater to destroy a Deep One city; this fulfilled the schemes' primary goal of cracking an Elder Sign which held the Great Old One Cthaeghya imprisoned.
Abigail Dexter's current whereabouts are unknown.
