As is standard with DART productions, The Dreams in the Witch House is presented as a 1930s-style radio broadcast. Running to a total of 74 minutes and available in both Compact Disc and digital download formats, it comes with the usual selection of period-authentic thematic props to be used as immersive aids. These include:
- A page from Walter Gilman's notebook including, amongst other things, a sketch of the mysterious structure on the Miskatonic River island.
- A photograph of the remains of Brown Jenkin, along with scientific notes on the corpse.
- A partial transcript of Keziah Mason's witchcraft trial.
- An article from the Arkham Advertiser on the demolition of the Witch House.
