Walter C. DeBill, Jr. (21 January 1939 - 16 December 2023) was a Panamanian-American author of horror and science fiction short stories and a long-time contributor to the Cthulhu Mythos.
DeBill also created the Mlandoth Cycle, a story cycle intended to run parallel to Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos, but which has, as with so many other writings of weird fiction, been retroactively incorporated into the Mythos by Chaosium as part of their Call of Cthulhu role-playing game.
